Program:
Day 1 / erghana - Osh:
Arrival to Manas airport in Bishkek. Meeting with the Kyrgyz guide translator and driver. Transfer to the guest house in the center of the Kyrgyz capital. Shower, rest and breakfast after a long flight. Lunch in a local restaurant. First discovery of the city’s central squares, and the market of “Osh bazaar” which is the part of Central Asian culture. Osh bazaar is the 2nd biggest market in Bishkek, which is situated in the centre. Market is always lively and colorful. You can find there from food to any clothes. Dinner in a local restaurant. Walk around the developing capital. Visiting the monuments and buildings from the USSR. Overnight in the guest house.
Day 2 / Osh - Jalal Abad - Arslanbob:
After breakfast departure towards the east. We drive to the Chon Kemin National Park. On the road visit Burana tower, which dates from the 11th century. Burana tower was constructered during the Karakhanids. The reasons of building are many. The legends about the tower will be told by your guide during the exploration. Outdoor picnic. In the afternoon arrival to the Karool Dobo village which is in the National Park. Accommodation in a local homestay. Walk and explore the village. In the Park are so many fauna and flora. Dinner and overnight with the local family. 170km.
Day 3 / Arslanbob - Toktogul:
Morning transfer to Toktogul. Drive through the stunning road along the biggest river Naryn. We reach the Ferghana Valley to move up in the canyon of the Naryn River. Then we walk around the Toktogul reservoir. Arrival to the charming town of Toktogul, like an oasis in the middle of arid valley. Folklorique dinner in a guesthouse. Overnight and dinner in the local guest house.
Day 4 / Toktogul - Kizil Oy:
In the morning after breakfast we drive through the Chichkan Canyon, famous for its honey, wild strawberriees and its trout.Then, we leave the canyon to Ala Bel Pass (3175m alt.), which opens the breathtaking view to the upper valley of Sussamyr. This valley will take us to the village of Kojomkul, where we visit the small museum dedicated to the local hero who picked up stones over 600kg. At noon, we drive down by the canyon along the beautiful river Kokomeren which leads us to the quiet mountainous village of Kyzyl Oi where we spend a good night in a friendly Kyrgyz family.
Day 5 / Kizil Oy – Son Kul:
In the morning we take our vehicle to reach the Son Kul Lake, the jewel of the Tien Shan Mountains. The lake lies at 3016m. alt. We arrive by the pass of Kara-Keche which is at 3324m. In the afternoon arrive to the yurt camp on the southern shore of Son Kul lake. Free time to explore the life of nomads and the mountainous lake Son Kul. Overnight and dinner in yurt camps.
Day 6 / Son Kul - Bokonbaeva:
Early departure. We cross the pass Kalmak Ashu at 3446m.alt, to reach the village of Kochkor. Visit handcraft center. Demonstration of the preparation of sheep wool felt. Lunch with the local family. Following the road to Issyk-Kul lake, first curiosity of the country. We drive to the village of traditional hunters. At the end of the day arrival to the village Bokonbaeva, accommodation and dinner in a homestay. Demonstration of eagle hunting.
Day 7 / Bokonbaeva – Karakol:
After breakfast we left our guest house. On the way walking to the red canyon “Skazka” ( Skazka means Fairytale). We walk into the valley of Jukuchak. Picnic outdoors. Then swim in the natural hot spring. Departure to Karakol. Stop in the Jeti Oguz valley, to see the famous red cliffs Seven Bulls (Jeti-Oguz means “Seven Bulls”). At the end of the day arrival to Karakol. Visit the Orthodox Church, the Dungan mosque. Both were built in the 19th century. Dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight in a local guesthouse. 120km
Day 8 / Transfer to Bishkek:
After breakfast visit the museum dedicated to Mr.Prjevalski, great explorer of Central Asia, in the middle of the 19th century. We drive through the northern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul. Afternoon arrival to Bishkek, the Kyrgyz capital. Free time to visit and explore the kyrgyz capital. Dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight in the guest house.420km
Day 9 / Flight to Home:
After breakfast transfer to airport Manas. End of service
